In 2015 I turned 40.
I’ve decided I would write 40 rules by which I choose to live.
One of those rules is I document my days each day.
Today is day one of documentation:
I Slept with the BiPap last night for the first time in months. I hadn’t been sleeping well for the last several weeks and I know it’s because I’m not breathing once I fall asleep. Hope I can get used to the damn thing. I think I ripped it off after 2-3 hours.
I was too tired to wake up this morning to work out at 5:30 AM and ended up sleeping to 7. I missed my workout.
It was a good day eating….. Mostly I did eat some chips when I got home but other than that it was good.
I got new glasses today and really like them. They are Nike Flexon which hopefully means I won’t break the frame.
Work was good. I didn’t get to spend enough time with the kids today but I did make a nice dinner – Roasted chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Asparagus. We all eat together as a family.
School starts again tomorrow for the kids. I hope it’s good.
Time to get some sleep.

It’s been a long time since I wrote and published. So sad I lost all my previously published and written materials.
